**In addition each Exhibitor will be required to have a drawing for one gift at your table of at least a $10 value. **
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY AND INITIAL EACH BOX
1. I __________________________, agree to obey the following rules for using a booth space at the Chic Boutique Events.
2. All Exhibitors are REQUIRED to invite their entire customer base or at least a minimum requirement of 40 invitations.
3. Booth Fee and Application must be received prior to confirmation of booth space and no later than September 12, 2011

All returned checks will be assessed a $20 fee due to non-sufficient funds.
5. No refunds will be issued or are allowed as you are being charged for a service
6. Subletting or Sharing of booth space is NOT ALLOWED.
7. All exhibitors must check in with the Head table prior to setting up.

9. Booths are to be opened and occupied on September 24th from 10am-4pm. Exhibitors are expected to be at their booths during these hours. Any Booth that is taken down earlier than will not be allowed to return to the Chic Boutique.
10. Vendors are not permitted to have their children to be at their booth at any time during the event as vendors need to attend to their booth and give attention to the show guests. Each vendor is allowed to have one helper, but the helper must be at least 16 years old or older. Children are not legally allowed to work or help without a working permit.
11. Dress Code during the Chic Boutique for Vendors is Business Casual.
12. Exhibitors must work and sell within the bounds of space rented. Do not infringe on your neighbors area.
13. Electricity will be provided upon request if available.
14. Exhibitors will need to supply one 6ft or 8ft table, CB will supply email invites and flyers to hand out.
15. Exhibitor is required to keep booth space and surrounding areas clean at all times, and all items and debris must be completely removed from booth space prior to take down and check out. No food products are allowed without prior approval.
16. Exhibitor may give away items such as candy, water or other prizes to attract foot traffic to their booth as long as said exhibitor also provides a trash can, and agrees to keep their area and booth clean from trash and debris.
17. Chic Boutique (Kris Urie) is not responsible for any harm, theft or loss of exhibits during the show. The exhibitor is responsible to obtain insurance to cover any loss.
18. All exhibits and items to be displayed or sold must be listed on application and must receive approval prior to the event.
19. CHIC BOUTIQUE retains the right to revoke exhibitors contract and expel said exhibitor for actions deemed detrimental to the Chic Boutique.
20. The exhibit structure and/or contents must not present a safety hazard to personnel or visitors and must abide by building fire codes. The contracted exhibitor is responsible for any monetary damages or injuries resulting from the contracted exhibit space.
21. Vendor agrees to offer a Guest drawing at your table. The drawing will need to be for a gift valued at $10 or above.
22. When your booth/table space has been approved, you will receive confirmation that you have been accepted by email. This may take a few weeks, so please be patient.
23. Your booth/table space will be assigned prior to the show.
24. We will be giving tote bags to the first 50 customers. I am requiring that you contribute something such as catalog, flier w/specials, business card, or samples along with your marketing material. You will need to have your items ready to go when you arrive so that we have time to add it to the tote bags.
